Stacey Copas is a speaker, author, trainer and coach on the topic of resilience. Using her life experience and research she delivers keynote speeches and training workshops on How To Be Resilient and is launching a pre-order campaign for ebook and printed version of the book in the same name, to be launched in August 2014. Originally a Sydney-sider, Stacey now resides in the Adelaide Hills, she is training for the 100m wheelchair sprint and aiming for Gold in Rio Paralympics in 2016. To date Stacey has won Gold in SA State Championships in Discus and 100m and won Silver at National Championships in discus last year. http://howtoberesilient.com/
