Working full-time until having children, Rachel says she didn’t realise what ‘busy’ meant until the kids came along. Now a full-time mum of three and living in country NSW, Rachel says that life is pretty hectic, but a nice distraction is a late-found appreciation for writing poetry. "Keeping my mind active and my thoughts flowing I like to pen a line or three when the mood takes me."
