Kerryn is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and nutrition consultant based in Adelaide. She specialises in sports nutrition, general health and well-being and diabetes management. She has a natural passion for good health and can often be found in her kitchen attempting to translate complex nutrition recommendations to what we put on our plate. In her personal life she is happily married to a professional football player (the real football) and enjoys training for endurance events including running and triathlon.
