Keith moved from Bournemouth University (UK) to work in Australia, with his wife Amy, in 2011. His research interests are based around the sociology of sport, with a focus on sports fandom, and include examining areas of gender inequality. He is an active, if unsuccessful, sportsperson and has recently taken up fencing.
