You need to have the right gear! Correct shoes, supportive bra, comfortable clothing!
Get some shoes correctly fitted. Wearing the right shoes will help you achieve your goals, as you are less likely to have injuries. Sore knees, hips and back can all be related to shoes that are not right for your feet.
Wearing a supportive bra is very important – so that you are comfortable an d also so you can push yourself. If you have your boobs going all over the place, it is not going to be comfortable to do higher impact exercises. Go and get fitted. Or even wear a few bras to support you more.
Comfortable clothing is important. Go and buy yourself some new gear so that you feel good when you get out there and exercise!
If you have just had a baby, please make sure you have had your 6 weeks check before doing any exercise.
If it has been a while since you have exercised, take it easy to start with and build up.
Go for it, whats stopping you? Set a goal or a target and get moving!
