You have to want to make changes in your life to achieve your health and fitness goals. Speaking of goals, SET ONE or two or three! Give yourself something to aim for and when you reach a goal, set another one!
When it gets tough, or you are craving sugar or something bad, think about your goal. Write it down and put it on the fridge, tell someone your goal etc. Think about the end product and how you will feel when you do achieve your goal. How you will feel in that gorgeous dress or your jeans. If you do cave in, think about how you feel and next time you feel like caving in, remember how you felt after having that extra chocolate or whatever it is (I am sure you felt crap and disappointed in yourself!). KEEP THE END GOAL AND THE GOOD FEELINGS AT THE FOREFRONT OF YOUR MIND!
Having the right attitude is half the battle in exercising. If you think you can’t do it, you won’t. If you have a positive attitude and want to succeed you will. Don’t go into exercise with a half-hearted effort. Go in there and give it 110%. That is when you will get results!
Believe in yourself. Know that you can achieve your goals. Have a CAN DO attitude!
