Essential oil have been used for over a decade and even traces back to ancient egypt as perfumes/cosmetic and it also supports health and the wellbeing of a person. These are scented liquid taken from plants with the use of pressure or steam. In present time essential oil is being used as perfumes, food flavoring, medicine, and aromatherapy.
Oil Garden understands only too well the therapeutic benefits of pure essential oils. It is well researched that scent can influence the way we feel and is capable of shifting moods. This is attributed to the fact that the tiny particles of oil once inhaled have direct access to our brain’s emotional centre; the limbic system. Simply inhaling a few drops of certain essential oils can influence neurotransmitters in the brain and hence alter the way we feel.
