Designed as a one-stop training resource for the hospitality industry, it’s also proving popular to those at home who want to improve their drink mixing skills and knowledge, especially as the end-of-year party season warms-up.
The FORMULA app, which was developed following feedback from Coca-Cola’s major licensed customers in Australia, features easy-to-understand tutorials on everything you need to know, from mixing drinks and pouring cocktails to making a perfect flat white coffee.
FORMULA has been designed to cover all practical aspects of the daily life of a bartender, with relevant and easy to access information, videos and tips, covering everything from how to make cocktails, understand spirits and make coffee, as well as how to change a beer keg, clean equipment and understand OHS issues.
With bar tending, coffee making and the hospitality industry being such a global industry – not to mention those at home who just want to know what to do – the FORMULA app has received a large number of downloads from around the world.
Over the coming months, Coca-Cola will be enhancing FORMULA for professional purposes by adding a testing and assessment function.
