After weeks of speculation, Kardashian has confirmed her baby's gender, and says she's thrilled to be welcoming a daughter into the world later this year.
"We feel so blessed to be having a little girl and to be able to share this new experience with Mason," Kardashian told E! Online.
The reality TV star announced in November that she was pregnant with her second child with partner Scott Disick. The pair have a two-year-old son Mason together.
"Kourtney was hoping for a girl," an insider told American publication Life & Style earlier this year. "She loves having a boy but thinks having a girl would be perfect so she can dress her up and show her the ropes in life."
Kardashian's younger sister Kendall Jenner also spoke of her desire to welcome another female into the family.
"I want (Kourtney) to have a girl," she has said.
"It would be so cute because when they're older, Mason could be like the protective big brother. And I feel like Kourtney could have fun with a girl - dress her up in little tutus and everything."
