The much anticipated return of Young Talent Time and new Channel 10 Super Sunday line-up kicked off last night.
As Young Talent Time introduced its new line up to Australia and reminisced about contestants that many of us parents grew up with, the show attracted lots of chat on Twitter with Young Talent Time and #YTT trending globally.
It was sentimental and the enormous talent in this diverse group of kids was fabulous to watch. As many bad news stories dominate the media, it was also great to see a ‘feel good’ programme showcase so much promise for the future and celebrate the talent of our youth.
Young Talent Time led into the popular Modern Family, which didn’t disappoint with its hilarious script and witty cast. However, the heavily promoted New Girl, was, well, a bit of a letdown. But this was soon forgotten with Ten’s thrilling and intriguing drama, Homeland showing why it is on President Obama’s “must watch” list with its immensely talented cast.
