The hip-hop supercouple became first-time parents on January 7, and now the stars have posted five pictures of their baby daughter on blogging site Tumblr.
The pictures include a close-up of Blue Ivy and of each parent holding her.
A statement next to the photos reads, "We welcome you to share our joy."
The couple has also thanked the public for respecting their privacy.
Beyonce and Jay-Z are the latest celebrities to shun big bucks from the tabloid press for exclusive rights to baby pictures and instead post the photos on a public website for free.
Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon debuted their twins in the same way last year.
Gwyneth Paltrow has splashed out on a designer stroller worth almost $US1000 ($A930) for Beyonce.
The pair have been close friends for some years and Paltrow was one of the first celebrities to congratulate Knowles and her husband Jay-Z following the birth of their daughter Blue Ivy last month.
Paltrow wanted to celebrate the new arrival and so has treated the new parents to a Cameleon stroller by Bugaboo worth around $US980, reports Life & Style.
"It only makes sense for Beyonce to have this ultrachic stroller," an insider told the magazine. "Blue has the hottest ride!"
This isn't the only expensive piece of baby equipment Blue Ivy will have.
Knowles and Jay-Z ensured they were ready for the birth of their first child by spending a fortune on a 2200 square foot (670m square) nursery for Blue Ivy.
The pair are believed to have spent $US3500 on a NurseryWorks VETRO Lucite crib for the little girl - who was born in New York City on January 7.
Jay-Z also showed his love for Beyonce by presenting her with an impressive blue sapphire ring following the birth, while her manager also splashed out on jewellery worth $US9500 for the singer.
"Her manager ordered Tacori monogram B pendants for Beyonce," the publication added.
One pendant is a blue sapphire in honour of the singer's baby, while the other is a series of diamonds in the shape of a B.
