The best pram I’ve ever bought? A Maclaren Techno XT hands down.
I started with a heavy weight pram, Mountain Buggy and then needed something that was lighter and easier to navigate around the shops and public transport.
The swivel front wheels make the stroller easy to manoeuvre on smooth surfaces and can be locked to help when pushing over bumpy ground or uneven pavements.
On the rear wheels, the linked brakes are easy to operate with your foot. The stroller also includes height adjustable handles with a satin finish to ensure parents of different heights are able to comfortably push baby around.
Safety features for the Maclaren Techno XT stroller include a five point harness to keep you baby securely strapped in, plus reflective accents to help ensure you are seen on darker evening or cloudy days
We take it on our trips as it doesn’t take much boot space and is extremely sturdy. I have cleaned my several times with a cloth and detergent, and it’s come up really well.
I also like that the seat goes right back and is easy to adjust, which makes it great for child naps while we’re out and about. It also has a handy sunshade and viewing window so you can check bubs is okay.
So in summary, I recommend the Maclaren Techno to other mums because of its:
- Lightweight (7kg)
- Easy to fold up
- Easy to navigate
- Takes up a small amount of boot space (folded Dimensions: H107xW29xD25cm)
- Durable fabric
- 5 point harness
- Hood includes a storage pocket, viewing window and extendable sun visor
The maximum baby weight of the Maclaren is 15kg and can be used from birth. I love mine and give it 4 stars.
